My Speed — Driving Speed Recorder

This Privacy Policy explains how TTS FOOD LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in the State of Florida, United States, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the My Speed mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. About My Speed

My Speed records your vehicle's real driving speed in real time using your device's GPS, and stores each reading as timestamped evidence together with the date, time, and location (city, state, and country). It is designed to be used hands-free in the vehicle through Apple CarPlay.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

To use the App you create an account with an email address and password. Authentication is handled by Google Firebase Authentication. We store your email address to identify your account; your password is managed securely by Firebase and is not visible to us.

2.2 Location and Speed Data

This is the core function of the App. While you are recording a trip, we collect:

Your device's precise GPS location (latitude and longitude).
Your vehicle's speed (in mph and km/h) and the timestamp of each reading.
A reverse-geocoded address derived from your location (city, state, and country), used to label each record.

Background collection: so that recording continues while your phone is locked or while another app (such as navigation) is on screen in CarPlay, the App collects location in the background while a recording is active. iOS displays the location indicator while this happens. Location is only collected while you have an active recording; it stops when the recording stops or when the vehicle disconnects from CarPlay.

2.3 Vehicle Information

Information you add about your vehicles, such as a description or an optional photo.

2.4 Subscription Information

Your subscription status and the number of vehicles on your plan. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store; we do not receive or store your payment card details.

3. How We Use Your Information

To record, store, and display your speed evidence with date, time, and location.
To generate the reports, maps, and analyses you request within the App.
To operate your account and manage your subscription and data-retention settings.
To maintain the security and reliability of the service.

We do not use your location or speed data for advertising, and we do not sell your personal information.

4. Data Storage and Retention

Your data is stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore, Firebase Storage, and Firebase Authentication). Each account's data is isolated and accessible only to that account.

You control how long your speed records are kept through the App's data-retention setting, configurable from 1 to 30 days. Records older than your selected retention period are automatically deleted. You may also delete individual records, or your entire account, at any time.

5. How We Share Information

We share information only as follows:

Recipient	Purpose
Google Firebase	Cloud database, file storage, and authentication infrastructure.
Apple App Store	Subscription billing and payment processing.
Legal authorities	Only when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights.

We never sell your personal information, and we never share your location or speed data with advertisers or data brokers.

6. Your Rights and Privacy Choices

You are always in control of your data. Directly within the App you can:

Access & export: view and export your records (including PDF reports) at any time.
Delete your data: delete individual records, or shorten your data-retention period (1–30 days) so older records are removed automatically.
Delete your account: permanently remove your account and all of your stored data at any time from the main screen → Delete Account. This cannot be undone.
Location permission: revoke location access at any time in iOS Settings; note that the App cannot record without it.
Tracking: the App does not track you across other companies' apps or websites, so there is nothing to opt out of.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA (including the right to access, correct, or delete your data). To exercise any of these rights, or to request that we delete your data on your behalf, contact us at tgonzaleztg3@gmail.com.

7. Data Security

We rely on Google Firebase's industry-standard security, including encryption in transit and at rest, and access rules that restrict each account to its own data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

8. Children's Privacy

My Speed is intended for users 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your information may be processed and stored on servers located in the United States or other countries where Google Firebase operates. By using the App, you consent to this transfer.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you within the App. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
