My Speed — Driving Speed Recorder
Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the My Speed mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
My Speed is an application that records a vehicle's real driving speed using GPS and stores each reading as timestamped evidence with date, time, and location (city, state, and country), designed for hands-free use in the vehicle through Apple CarPlay. The App is operated by TTS FOOD LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in the State of Florida, United States.
You must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver's license to use My Speed. By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that your use of the App complies with all applicable laws, including traffic and road-safety laws in your jurisdiction.
To use My Speed you must register an account. You are responsible for:
My Speed is offered as a monthly subscription, billed through the Apple App Store, priced by the number of vehicles on your plan (from 1 up to 10). Pricing starts at $0.99/month for 1 vehicle and increases by tier up to $9.99/month for 10 vehicles. The exact price for each plan is shown in the App before you subscribe. You may change the number of vehicles on your plan at any time.
New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. No payment is charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan at the price for the number of vehicles you selected.
We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' advance notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Refund requests are subject to Apple's refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.
You agree to use My Speed only for lawful purposes. You must not:
All speed records, locations, vehicle information, and photos you enter into My Speed remain your property. We do not claim ownership of your data.
Data is retained according to the retention period you set in the App (from 1 to 30 days). Records older than that period are automatically deleted. It is your responsibility to export any data you wish to keep longer.
Your data is isolated by account; no other user can access it. You may export your records and reports at any time while your subscription is active.
Upon account deletion, your data is permanently deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. See our Privacy Policy for details.
My Speed records speed and location using your device's GPS. GPS accuracy depends on factors outside our control, including satellite signal, weather, buildings, tunnels, and device hardware. Accordingly:
The My Speed App, including its design, code, features, logos, and content (excluding your data), is owned by TTS FOOD LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our prior written consent.
We strive to keep the App available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our control. We are not liable for losses resulting from temporary unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TTS FOOD LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App in violation of these Terms, your violation of any law, or any driving incident related to your operation of a vehicle.
My Speed uses Google Firebase (cloud database, storage, and infrastructure) and the Apple App Store (subscription billing). Your use of the App is also subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last Updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you within the App. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the App and cancel your subscription.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or fail to pay your subscription fees. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. We retain your data for 30 days before permanent deletion, during which you may request an export.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Florida, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
